CT faces proceedings over mushroom cloud image

The Czech Council for Radio and Television Broadcasting has launched disciplinary proceedings against the public Czech Television (CT) over the appearance of an image of a mushroom cloud on its Panorama morning programme that was hacked by the Ztohoven artistic group on June 17, council chairman Vaclav Zak told CTK today.
CT faces a fine of up to 10 million crowns, while the hackers face a fine of 5 million crowns.
